My Approach
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve tried therapy before or aren’t sure where to begin. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, with curiosity and care. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore what matters to you. I see you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to bring skill, support, and honesty as we make sense of what you’re experiencing.
Depending on your needs, I integrate somatic therapy, parts work, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic EMDR (SEMDR) to support healing from stress, trauma, and complex PTSD. Together, we work toward more safety, clarity, and ease
My Clients
I work with adults of all identities and backgrounds who are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or patterns they want to understand and change. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent, queer, and trans folks.
Many of my clients feel overwhelmed or chronically stressed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure why certain reactions keep showing up. Often there’s a sense that something isn’t quite right, even if it’s hard to name.
Many feel chronically misunderstood due to ableism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, racism and fatphobia. I offer care that is affirming, thoughtful, and responsive to each person’s unique needs.
